An experienced professional with two distinct and different career paths. As a consultant in business, and project management, Alan has worked on some of Australia's highest-profile projects (e.g. He was owners' Project Director and CEO of owning entity of Sydney Olympic Stadium, and has negotiated some of the country's largest property deals) and in the area of human behaviour, he works one-on-one or with organisations to help people deal with stress-related problems and enhance performance. He also has a demonstrated history of professional training & mentoring middle management and senior leadership teams. Skilled in strategic planning, complex business negotiations, major projects direction and management on the one hand, and counselling, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy on the other. A strong professional with a PhD from Bond University (addressing aspects of workplace stress) and a Master's Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice from Bath Spa University, as well as construction projects-related qualifications.

Alan draws from his extensive experience and from the most recent research to provide a current and relevant learning experience and prepare students for strong and successful careers.
